Pears on the Avenue will have only 140 suites and by the looks of the pre sales information, will rival One Bloor for excitement in the Yorkville skyline.

Because the builder could not obtain financing all of us were asked to sign a release and in the last 3-6 months we all received our deposits back from the Trust Account set up to hold our money.
Great Gulf the new builder of One Bloor is having a VIP event at 12pm March 24, 2010 for all original buyers and their agents. This opportunity is for them to be able to purchase before it goes to the other brokers and the public.
I am trying to contact all of my 24 buyers from opening night in 2007 to let them know of this amazing opportunity. If I have not been able to contact you please send me your contact info ASAP so I can submit it to the builder to reserve your desired unit. I would like to meet with you right after the presentation on the 24th in the tent set up at Yonge/Bloor to submit your offer along with mine!
